These are amazing things to have in your shoes. I wouldn't go anywhere without mine. They help me to stay energised all day. Especially if I'm on my feet all day or walking in town or travelling on trains/in the car etc. The magnetics replicate the earth's frequency so they keep me grounded and energised. The far infrared keeps my feet warm in winter and cool in summer.
