I am a clinical Psycho-neuro-immunologist (cPNI), Metabolic Balance Coach, Natural Nutritionist and Independent Nikken Consultant. I practice in Brighton in the South of England, helping individuals and groups towards the health, vitality and the life they want for themselves.

I see a range of people, children and adults of all ages, men and women, people who want to improve their energy, sleep better, relieve pain, lose weight, reduce anxiety or depression, people with digestive problems, women with hormonal issues, and people who want more balance in their lives.

Nikkenergy is a team of people, mostly (but not exclusively) from alternative health backgrounds, who have "discovered" and "lived" with the amazing Nikken products and now wish to "share" them far and wide.
